Our ground bison offerings are wildly delicious, as we turn the entire animal into ground bison (i.e., the tenderloins, ribeyes, NY strips, etc.). Our customers absolutely love it.

We currently plan on doing only one ground bison animal this winter, and we expect each 1/8th to be over 100 pounds of ground bison.

The ground bison will come in approximately 1 lb. packages, and your total cost will be $16.55 / lb. for the exact amount of ground bison you receive (minus your $925 deposit).

(Separately, you’ll also be responsible for paying our butcher directly for your processing fee (via an online invoice, which is usually around $250 or so).)

Once the ground bison is in your freezer, we will send you a final itemized invoice via Quickbooks that you can pay online.
