Edible Bozeman Winter Issue

The winter issue of Edible Bozeman is out, and there’s an excellent feature article on meat processing and ranching in Montana.

We are thrilled to be included in the article. We are quite passionate about Regenerative Agriculture and local meat processing — and how the two of them intersect.

Kudos to Sophie Tsairis for great writing and Alyssa Henry for great photos. The whole team at Edible Bozeman is just so impressive.
