NBB + MWS Short Film

We love the Montana Wilderness School, and we’ve supported it for several years.

MWS is a nonprofit outdoor education organization based in Bozeman that provides multi-week wilderness expeditions around Montana for teenagers.

(When I was 15, I went on a month-long NOLS backpacking trip in the Lemhi Mountains in Idaho, and that trip had an enormous impact on my life.)

The MWS team is full of wonderful people, and one of our favorite things about MWS is its scholarship program, which provides opportunities for kids around Montana to get into the backcountry in their home state when they otherwise wouldn’t be able to do so.

Last August, MWS came to the ranch for a field-harvest, and it was an awesome day.

MWS made a short film about it, which they just released.
