The host, Poldi Wieland, is an awesome and super interesting guy. He grew up in Germany, moved to Wisconsin, and then found his way to Montana.
He’s super passionate about wild food, foraging, and healthy eating.
And, following our conversation, he made us some traditional German liver sausage with an NBB liver that was absolutely out of this world.
